If you are having technical difficulties:

• Refresh page and press play to start event.  Please press 'unmute' on the event stream, and ensure volume is up high (bottom right blue bars). Should your stream appear blurry, you may increase and adjust the quality by navigating to the cogwheel on the bottom right of the video window, and select 720p or higher. 

• For the best viewing experience, use Google Chrome on a desktop device.​

• If you are having trouble accessing the portal:​

  • Check that if you are on a VPN that may block video sites by your company server. 

  • Check your WiFi connection. You may need to use your phone's hotspot for a stronger connection, use ethernet instead of WiFi or move closer to your modem. 

  • Close down other websites that might conflict.

  • Use a personal device rather than a work device.

  • Try accessing the event in "incognito" mode in your Google Chrome browser.

  • Reset your computer.​

  • Reach out to the event team for support, via email: techsupport@jtproductionmanagement.com and include any relevant screen shots of error messages.
