Australian Grand Prix Corporation

Andrew Westacott is the longest serving Chief Executive of the Australian Grand Prix Corporation (AGPC).
Andrew commenced at the AGPC in 2006 as the General Manager - Operations before later being appointed Deputy CEO. He was appointed as CEO in February 2011. He is currently a Director of Karting Australia and a Member of the Organising Committee for the Australian Motorsport Hall of Fame Awards. He has previously been a Member of the Formula 1® Commission and the Australian Motorsport Foundation.
Prior to commencing at the AGPC, Andrew started his professional life as a chemical engineering project manager before taking up senior positions in logistics, procurement and supply chain management with MasterFoods Australia New Zealand and Uncle Ben’s of Australia. He then moved into major events in 2005 and played a key part in the Melbourne 2006 Commonwealth Games as Group Manager for Venue Delivery and Capital Projects.
He has a love of sport and sporting events and is committed to showcasing Melbourne and Victoria to the world through the Formula 1® Australian Grand Prix and the Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix.
Dianne is CEO of ICN Victoria which, supported by the Victorian Government, has been working for local industry since 1984 to increase local capability and economic growth opportunities for local industry.
Previously, Chief Executive of the Melbourne Chamber of Commerce and Chief Executive, Victoria Tourism Industry Council (VTIC), Dianne uses knowledge gained from over 20 years in the visitor economy, working in regional and metropolitan positions in marketing, visitor services, policy and strategy. Other roles in the sector included Manager - Tourism Partnerships, Parks Victoria, for nine years, Executive Director, Ballarat Tourism and Marketing & Visitor Services Manager of Melbourne Zoo. She has worked in the hotel and computer industries, and holds a Bachelor of Economics from Monash University.
Dianne represented regional Victoria on the State Government’s Community Support Fund Community Advisory Panel in the late 1990s. She was a member of Victoria University’s Vice Chancellor’s Industry Advisory Board (IAB) from 2016 – 2019. Dianne is currently a non-Executive Director of the Emerald Tourist Railway Board and is the Deputy Chair.

Nanette Fitzgerald is the Associate Deputy Secretary, Industry Development and Participation with the Department of Jobs, Precincts and Regions. In her role she oversees the implementation, delivery and compliance with the Local Jobs First Policy including the Major Projects Skills Guarantee, and has also been overseeing the development of the Victorian Government’s Fair Jobs Code. More broadly, her role encompasses industry development with a particular emphasis on the manufacturing sector and key subsectors including food and medtech, managing the implementation of initiatives that help drive broader outcomes including investment, employment, inclusion and trade outcomes.
Duncan is the Chief Executive Officer at North East Link Program (NELP). Duncan was appointed to this special purpose Program in April 2017. The North East Link will finally complete the missing link in Melbourne, building the missing freeway link between the Metropolitan Ring Road at Greensborough and the Eastern Freeway. As well as building Victoria’s longest twin road tunnels, the design delivers an overhaul of the Eastern Freeway, Melbourne’s first dedicated busway, completion of the Ring Road in Greensborough and a North East Trail with more than 34km of walking and cycling paths.
Along with Level Crossing Removal Project, Rail Projects Victoria, West Gate Tunnel Project and Major Road Projects Victoria, North East Link Program forms part of Victoria’s Major Transport Infrastructure Authority.
Duncan has also worked for Victoria's State road agency, VicRoads for 18 years, with his last 5 years as a Regional Director, responsible for road construction, planning and maintenance both in metropolitan Melbourne and South Western Victoria.

Peter is a highly qualified engineer with over 15 years’ experience in senior commercial, procurement and contract management roles with major local and multinational organisations in the construction, infrastructure and manufacturing industries.
His expertise is end-to-end procurement of direct and indirect commodities, managing up to $2,400 million of spend across critical and non-critical portfolios in construction and infrastructure projects.
Peter has a strong track record in driving change by developing and executing strategies, a national/global procurement framework and managing complex contractual arrangements to maximise value and minimise risks. He is a proven leader who is committed to organisational diversity, development and motivating teams through clear communication, a shared vision, and setting challenging objectives.
Currently the Industry Engagement Manager with ICN Victoria having commenced as a regional Industry Adviser.
Extensive background in manufacturing within the construction, technology and medical device sectors.
Genuine passion for Australian manufacturing and the opportunities it provides for innovation and economic growth.
