Fiona Weigall is East Gippsland Shire Council’s General Manager Assets and Environment, overseeing a large and diverse portfolio of services focused on planning, developing, managing and maintaining the shire’s assets valued at over $1.2 billion. Her directorate comprises of over 300 staff. Under Fiona’s leadership, East Gippsland Shire Council is about to deliver its largest ever Capital Works Program. Fiona holds a Bachelor of Applied Science and a Masters in Business Administration and has been with East Gippsland Shire Council in a variety of leadership roles since 2011. Fiona was recently recognised as one of Victoria’s Top 50 Public Sector Women through the IPAA Victoria Awards.

Erin is a highly motivated business management professional with extensive experience in cultural change and business process improvement. She manages the client relationships and business development strategy for Aeromedical Solutions. Aeromedical Solutions provides an essential brokering service for the return of Australians who become ill or injured interstate or overseas and require clinical support to get back home. She’s really proud of the 100+ partners who work with her team to ensure they deliver the finest care at the best price.

She also works for the Committee for Gippsland as a Stakeholder Engagement Manager. Her focus is on GROW Gippsland a powerful procurement model that sees Gippsland grow its wealth and liveability through providing job opportunities that seek to strengthen social and economic outcomes.

Solving big problems and making the most of her networks is her thing!

Katrina Langdon, Industry Development and Procurement Manager at Star of the South. Katrina has 13 years of experience in the renewable energy industry, including roles at Vestas, Senvion, Pacific Hydro and AGL. At Star of the South, Katrina leads the local supply chain engagement, workforce and skills transition to offshore wind and the overall procurement planning for the project.

Tim has worked for the Victorian Government in a number of senior investment and economic development roles in Gippsland for the past 10 years, including leading and coordinating private sector projects that generate new jobs, grow investment, and connect Gippsland’s businesses to international trade opportunities.  Tim has also been involved in developing and leading placed based Victorian Government initiatives and priorities that has supported the ongoing diversification of the Latrobe Valley regional economy.

 

Tim has over 17 years of private sector experience in the Agri Food sector including senior executive roles in leading teams in genetics and seed production, primary production, food processing, business development, supply chain management and strategy development.

Adrian is the Manager Capital Delivery and Major Projects for East Gippsland Water (EGW) overseeing the procurement of engineering services, public construction works, as well as gifted assets received from land development and third party works.

 

Adrian is a chartered Civil Engineer with 18 years’ experience in the water industry including 11 years as a consultant prior to joining EGW in 2015.

Rebecca Lee is the Principal Social Procurement Adviser at ICN Victoria. Her work with ICN Victoria encompasses three years in the Local Jobs First Policy team, and she now brings this experience in policy implementation to the Social Procurement Framework. Rebecca has experience in driving effective policy implementation and compliance from her previous role as Policy Compliance Team Leader. She has aspirations for social and sustainable procurement practices and looks forward to applying her background in Women and Gender studies to the Building Equality Policy program for ICN Victoria.

As ICN’s Gippsland Industry Adviser for the last 5 years, Colin is part of a team across Australia focussed on the delivery of over $20 B of government and private projects covering energy, health, infrastructure, and defence to mention a few.

 

Colin joined ICN (Vic) in April 2017 after more than 38 years in the Victorian Power Industry, including 20 years as Engineering Manager at Victoria’s largest power station, Loy Yang A.

 

Colin’s academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical), a Master of Engineering (Mechanical), a Master of Business Administration, and he is also the joint recipient of several Victorian Engineering Excellence awards.
