Andrew Bradley
Having joined ICN Victoria in 2007 as Grampians Regional Manager, Andrew is currently the Senior Industry Liaison, a position that is crucial to delivering the state government’s Local Jobs First Policy. Andrew has extensive experience in this field and works cross-functionally within ICN to ensure that all of our customers’ needs are met.
Maintaining and improving the level of Australian businesses with onshore operations acts as one of Andrew’s key motivators, which in turn involves regularly bringing together project owners, buyers, and suppliers from across the state to Help Local Win.
Having joined the Department of Health in 2017, Darko is currently a Principal Project Manager with the Victorian Health Building Authority (VHBA) Health Capital delivery team. With over 30 years construction experience, Darko is well placed to assist the VHBA with planning and construction of its extensive delivery program.

Ronnie is the Demonstration Project Manager for the Department of Education and Training | Major Projects| Apprenticeships Victoria and has been in this role for the past year. He has come from recent roles as the Manager of Business Growth at Victoria University and Senior Industry Engagement Advisor at Chisholm Institute and brings 30+ years’ experience across Manufacturing, Engineering, Automotive and Nuclear Plant operations to the job in helping businesses nurture the
growth and potential of apprentices of today.
