Katrina Langdon

Katrina Langdon, Industry Development and Procurement Manager at Star of the South. Katrina has over 13 years of experience in the renewable energy industry, including roles at Vestas, Senvion, Pacific Hydro and AGL. At Star of the South, Katrina leads the local supply chain engagement, workforce and skills transition to offshore wind and the overall procurement planning for the project.

Andy Balmain joined ICN Victoria in 2010, with a prior 34 years experience in construction, manufacturing and project management. He is well-connected in the Defence Sector and has experience in product design & development, factory, sales & marketing, and a commercial management background working in Composite Component Manufacturing and Commercial Construction.
Andy has been involved in some the significant projects for ICN, supporting local industry engagement, collaboration and joint ventures.

Tijana Gibson is an experienced client relations professional with a demonstrated history of working in procurement, public and Government relations. She recently graduated from Curtin University with a Double Bachelor of Commerce & Humanities focused in Public & International Relations.
Tijana manages the ICN Gateway project uploads, and facilitates the training workshops to educate suppliers on how best to promote their profile on Gateway.

As ICN’s Gippsland Industry Adviser for the last 5 years, Colin is part of a team across Australia focussed on the delivery of over $20 B of government and private projects covering energy, health, infrastructure, and defence to mention a few.

Colin joined ICN (Vic) in April 2017 after more than 38 years in the Victorian Power Industry, including 20 years as Engineering Manager at Victoria’s largest power station, Loy Yang A.

Colin’s academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical), a Master of Engineering (Mechanical), a Master of Business Administration, and he is also the joint recipient of several Victorian Engineering Excellence awards.
